An intra-company transfer (ICT) moves an employee into the company's Spanish office together with the family. The permit is valid from the first working day in Spain and gives the family residency, then opens the bank account, the housing and the school.

• Eligibility check for the company and the employee: time within the group, qualifications, salary level
