Position: Dream Guide (Sales Manager)

Location: Spain (mandatory)

Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Purpose: Active sales of DreamLife's dream services through client consultation, presentation of Spain relocation programs, and client base development.
Main Responsibilities:

Client Work:

• Consulting clients on Spain relocation programs
• Presenting DreamLife services and solutions
• Managing clients from first contact to deal closure
• Handling incoming inquiries and processing applications

Sales and Development:

• Active search for new clients through various channels
• Finding and attracting new partners
• CRM system management and contact tracking
• Achieving sales and conversion KPIs

Mandatory Requirements:

Location and Status:

• Must be located in Spain
• Work permit in Spain required
• Knowledge of Spanish culture and local realities

Languages

• Perfect English (native level) - mandatory
• Spanish or other languages would be a plus

Experience and Skills:

• Active sales experience from 1 year
• Client consultation experience
• Willingness to make outbound calls and prospect clients
• CRM systems experience
• High communication skills and results orientation
