Who We’re Looking For- We need someone highly organized, efficient, and client-focused, who can:
- Manage and respond to client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Filter and qualify leads before sending them to consultants or agents. Collect, structure, and update information in our CRM system.
- Maintain a knowledge base of frequent client questions and responses.
- Support the sales team by ensuring all incoming leads are properly categorized and followed up.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client journey and optimize communication.
- Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
- Hold a valid work permit in Spain.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Support
• Respond to all incoming inquiries via email, website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media.
• Provide clear, structured, and informative responses based on our internal knowledge base.
• Redirect qualified leads to sales agents or consultants when necessary.
• Ensure clients receive timely and helpful support, reducing response delays.
Lead Qualification & CRM Management
• Categorize and qualify leads based on their relocation needs, budget, and urgency.
• Accurately input and update client details in the CRM system (Planfix).
• Track and manage follow-ups to ensure clients don’t get lost in the process.
Process & Knowledge Base Development
• Document frequently asked questions and create standardized responses.
• Work with the team to improve and automate lead qualification.
• Identify gaps in information and suggest improvements to website content and FAQs.
• Assist in refining chatbots and automated messages to reduce manual work.
