Client Manager
You are the link between the client and DreamLife’s expert team. Your role is to receive inquiries, qualify clients, and organize their consultation or service with the appropriate specialist — visa expert, lawyer, or tax consultant.
You will work closely with our legal and expert teams, coordinate their schedules, and ensure a smooth journey for the client from the first contact to the start of their dream.
Requirements:
— Valid work permit in Spain
— Fluent Russian, English B2+
— Spanish is a plus, as most lawyers and partners are Spanish-speaking
— At least 2 years of experience in client management or sales
— Experience in relocation, immigration, or legal services is a strong advantage
— Legal or economic education is a plus

Operations Coordinator
You are the right hand of the company’s experts and lawyers. After the client purchases a service, you take over the coordination of the entire process: working with visa experts, lawyers, tax consultants, real estate and education partners, tracking deadlines, and ensuring high-quality service at every stage.
You will work with multiple experts simultaneously — this role is for someone structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Requirements:
— Valid work permit in Spain
— Russian and/or English at a high level
— Spanish is desirable, as most partners and lawyers are Spanish-speaking
— Experience in operations, client support, or project management
— Experience in relocation, immigration, or legal fields is a plus
— Legal education is an advantage

You will develop DreamLife Spain’s media presence: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and website. Our content is not just posts — it is an educational resource for tens of thousands of people considering relocation to Spain.

— Experience managing YouTube channels or social media
— Understanding of SEO, analytics, and platform algorithms
