ABOUT THE COMPANY:DreamLife Spain is a relocation services company specializing in Spanish visa support. Over 3 years, we've helped 1,600+ clients obtain visas and relocate with a 98.7% approval rate. We provide full-cycle services: from initial consultation to residence permit acquisition and integration in Spain.
POSITION OVERVIEW:We are seeking a sales manager to work with clients interested in relocating to Spain. The role involves consulting on visa programs, selecting optimal solutions, and closing deals.
Language requirement: Native or fluent English + Spanish (B2+), OR Native Spanish + fluent English (C1+). You will be working with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.
COOPERATION FORMATS:OPTION 1: BASED IN SPAIN- Base salary + commission up to 20%
- Working with company's inbound leads
- Relocation assistance available if needed
OPTION 2: REMOTE WORK (OUTSIDE SPAIN)- Base salary + commission up to 20%
- Working with company's inbound leads
- Fully remote format
OPTION 3: PARTNERSHIP MODEL- Commission up to 20% (no base salary)
- You bring clients from your own network/database
- We provide full transaction support
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Consult clients on visa programs (Digital Nomad, Student, Work, Non-Lucrative, regularization, etc.)
- Select optimal relocation program based on client needs
- Conduct consultations (30-60 minutes) via phone/video
- Manage communication through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram
- Work in CRM: track contacts, update deal statuses
- Close deals (average ticket: €2,000-€5,000)
- Upsell additional services (housing, company registration, tax support)
REQUIREMENTS:Essential:- English — native or C1+
- Spanish — B2+ minimum
- OR Spanish — native + English C1+
- 3+ years of B2C sales experience (preferably premium services)
- Consultative sales approach
- Knowledge of Spain specifics (visa programs, relocation features) or willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with CRM systems
- Self-motivation and discipline in remote format
Preferred:- Additional languages (Russian is a plus)
- Experience in relocation/immigration/international education sector
- Living in Spain or previous experience in the country
- Own client database (for partnership model)
TERMS:Compensation:- Options 1-2: Base salary + commission up to 20% per deal
- Option 3: Commission up to 20% per deal
- Average deal: €2,000-€5,000
- Deals range: €500 to €15,000
